End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License

The Provider grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SpinForge360 according to the purchased tier.

2. Activations

Each activation corresponds to one device. License enforcement is machine-bound. Activation limits are defined by tier.

3. Subscription Duration

Licenses are valid for one year. A 14-day grace period applies after expiration. After grace, export functionality may be restricted.

4. Restrictions

You may not: • Share license files externally • Circumvent activation enforcement • Reverse engineer the licensing mechanism • Resell the software

5. Termination

The license may be revoked in cases of abuse, breach of terms, or payment failure.

6. Updates

Updates are available during an active license period.

7. Disclaimer

The software is provided without warranties of any kind.
