1. Provider

SpinForge360 is provided by the lawful operator of the SpinForge360 brand (the "Provider").

2. Scope

These Terms govern access to the website, downloads, and licensing of SpinForge360 desktop software.

3. License Model

Paid tiers are issued annually and delivered as signed offline license files. Licenses are machine-bound and subject to activation limits per tier.

4. Subscription & Renewal

Licenses are valid for one year from issuance. Renewal is required to maintain full functionality. A 14-day grace period applies after expiration.

5. Acceptable Use

Users may not reverse engineer, redistribute license files, bypass activation controls, or share activation credentials across entities.

6. Institutional Use

Professional tier is not valid for multi-user institutional deployment. Institutional and Custom Premium plans are required for department-wide usage.

7. Limitation of Liability

The software is provided “as is”. The Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable European and national law.
